BENEFITS
Life Insurance and AD&D:
TCSI offers free life insurance up to $100,000. If your salary is $100,000 per year or greater, then you receive $100,000 of coverage. If your salary is less than $100,000 per year, you receive coverage matching your annual salary. Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides specified benefits for a covered accidental bodily injury that directly causes death or dismemberment (e.g., the loss of a hand, foot, or eye), subject to policy limitations


Long Term Disability:
TCSI provides free Long Term Disability.

Other Insurance Coverages:
TCSI provides the employee the ability to purchase Short-Term Disability, Cancer, hospital and other coverages if desired.


Medical, Vision, and Dental:
TCSI offers two types of PPO plans for medical insurance coverage, one plan for dental insurance coverage and one plan with vision insurance coverage.

  • The company will pay for 80%, and the employee will be responsible for the remaining 20%.
  • Holiday, Sick, and Vacation Time:
    The company offers 29 days a year. They are divided as follows:

    • 11 Government Holidays are provided on that day automatically
    • 18 days to be used as the employee sees fit. These days are earned at 6 hours every pay period.

    401-K Plan
    TCSI will match 4% of the employees' annual salary if the employee contributes at least 5% on an annual basis. This means we will match 100% of the first 3% of your salary contribution and 50% up to 5% of your contribution.

    We do not have a vesting period - most companies have at least a 5-year vesting program. With TCSI, matching is immediate so the money is yours right up front (a big plus).

    Metro Checks:
    TCSI will pay up to $100.00 per month for employees working in the D.C. Metro area to use public transportation through the Metro SmartBenefits program.

    Training:
    Training is available and is negotiated on an individual or contract basis.

    Technical Materials:
    Technical books/materials are reimbursed as long as they pertain to the job. We find this helps our staff stay up to date and proves to be a great resource for helping our clients.

    Parking:
    If employees are on contract and have to pay for parking, the company will reimburse up to $100 per month for parking.

    Tuition Assistance:
    Tuition assistance is available and is negotiated on a per individual basis.
