Schedule Development/Assessment
TCSI Subject Matter Experts develop program schedules, assess planned (Government and/or contractor) schedules against schedule databases, and conduct risk assessments on both contractor and Government schedules. Further, our SME modify, develop, and maintain software programs for the development, maintenance, and assessment of schedules. We develop and provide input and recommendations for schedule assessment techniques, and we evaluate Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software scheduling/assessment tools against customer requirements.
